Job summary

HammondCare’s NSW Health-affiliated unit at Neringah Hospital in Wahroonga is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for permanent full-time roles. You will deliver high-quality palliative care, support patients and families, and contribute to a multidisciplinary team in a stimulating environment.

Applicants must be AHPRA-registered with strong communication skills and a commitment to ongoing development; experience in palliative care is desirable.

Qualifications

• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
• At least two years of post-graduate experience in a hospital setting is preferred
• Experience in palliative care in inpatient or community settings is desirable
• Evidence of integration of theoretical knowledge and clinical skills in daily practice
• Able to work within a multidisciplinary team
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
• Computer literacy with email and an electronic patient record system
• Effective time management and prioritising workloads in a complex environment
