Woods & Co Recruitment is partnering with an Australian family-owned global logistics provider based in Erskine Park, NSW. We are seeking a detail-focused pallet coordinator to manage accounts, movements and reconciliations while liaising with customers and depots to ensure timely pallet returns.

The role requires accurate data entry, excellent communication, and the ability to work autonomously or in a team. Training and career development are provided in a supportive, values-driven environment.

Competenze

• Previous experience in similar role.
• Accurate data entry skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strengths in Excel (TMS/WMS bonus).

• Process pallet movements, transfers and adjustments in internal systems.
• Liaise with customers and depots to ensure timely pallet returns.
