Job summary

Bunnings Warehouse is seeking a Pallet Controller at the Wacol Fulfilment Centre in Brisbane. The role supports the distribution network by tracking pallets, maintaining records and ensuring accurate flow across the network.

You will investigate discrepancies, engage with internal teams and suppliers, and aim for continuous improvements in pallet processes while adhering to policies and compliance. This full-time position is based on-site in Wacol.

The Wacol Fulfilment Centre is looking for a Pallet Controller. This is a Monday to Friday role based at our Wacol site

We provide an adult pay rate for 18 years of age and above at $28.64 per hour for this role.

Our Supply Chain network plays a vital role in supporting our stores and customers. By effectively managing pallets, crates and other Unit Load Devices (ULDs), we help ensure products move safely, efficiently and on time throughout our network. Working together, we support our stores, deliver better outcomes for our customers and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.

About the role

As a Pallet Controller, you’ll help keep our supply chain moving by ensuring pallets are accurately tracked, managed and accounted for across our Distribution Centre network. Working closely with operational teams and suppliers, you’ll investigate discrepancies, maintain accurate pallet records and support the efficient flow of pallets throughout the network. With a focus on accuracy, collaboration and continuous improvement, you’ll play a key role in helping our stores and customers get what they need, when they need it.
