Job summary

Scape Australia is seeking a qualified Painter & Decorator to join our team at Scape, delivering interior and exterior painting across renovations and ongoing maintenance. You will prepare surfaces, apply paints and finishes, and work with safety protocols.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

We're looking for a qualified Painter & Decorator to join our team at Scape and help give students the ultimate experience. In this role, you'll carry out interior and exterior painting across a mix of special projects (renovations) and ongoing maintenance.

• Prepare and finish surfaces to a high standard: cleaning, sanding, masking, patching, and applying paint or finishes by brush, roller, or spray, while following safety protocols throughout.
• Work independently, ordering materials and prioritising your own work orders as needed.
• Take pride in your work and bring a great attitude to the team, enjoying the connections you build with residents and colleagues along the way.
• Bring previous experience or painting skills, along with strong attention to detail, and organisational and time management skills.
