GHS Solutions in Geraldton invites an experienced Blast & Painters to join our team for site and town works around the Midwest region of Western Australia. You will perform blasting and coating tasks with a strong focus on safety and quality, onshore and offshore as required.

We value accuracy, the ability to work unsupervised or with a team, and mining industry experience is highly preferred. This full-time role offers a stable, family-friendly environment in a growing regional company.

Qualifications

• Trade certificate desirable.
• Working at Heights required.
• White Card (Construction Industry) required.
• Police Clearance (last 12 months) desirable.
• MSIC or ability to obtain MSIC required.

Responsibilities

• Perform blasting and coating tasks on site and in town works.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Work safely under site supervision or in a team environment.
• Contribute to timely completion of mining-related projects.

Purpose of the Position

GHS Solutions has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Blast & Painters for site and in town works in and around the Midwest Region of Western Australia. GHS has a number of of ongoing site work within the region, and we are looking to expand our workforce.

Geographical Coverage

Regional Western Australia.

Licence Requirements

• Trade Certificate (Cert II in Engineering - Surface Preparation & Finishing or Cert II in Surface Preparation and Coating Applications) - desirable
• Working at Heights
• Construction Industry White Card
• Current Police Clearance (obtained within the past 12 months)
• MSIC or ability to obtain a MSIC
  

Other Abilities
