Job summary

DuluxGroup Ltd. is seeking a friendly retail assistant for our Morphett Vale Dulux Trade Centre. You’ll welcome trade and DIY customers, offer advice, and help customers choose the right paint products.

No prior experience required—training is provided and you’ll join a supportive team. In this part-time role you’ll help with tinting and transactions, while keeping the store tidy and inviting. The role is 30 hours per week with a rotating Mon–Sat roster.

Qualifications

• You love working with people and making them feel welcome.
• You’re a great communicator and a natural problem-solver.
• You’re physically fit (you’ll be lifting paint tins up to 25kg).
• You’re eager to learn and grow – training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and assisting trade and DIY customers with genuine care.
• Offering advice and product recommendations that make a difference.
• Mixing and tinting paint (we’llteach you—it’s easier than it sounds!).
• Handling transactions and keeping the store looking its best.
