Job summary

Bayside Health invites applications for a 6 months parental leave backfill in Pain Medicine, commencing February 2027. The role spans two campuses: Caulfield Hospital for chronic pain and The Alfred for acute, cancer and complex pain inpatients.

Trainees participate in weekly FPM tutorials and onsite education activities, with regular rounds and library access. Applicants should be advanced trainees or hold a relevant medical fellowship.

Qualifications

• Registration as a medical practitioner with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• Fellowship in designated Pain Medicine specialty or be an advanced trainee recognised in Australia by the AMC.
• Registered as a Trainee with Faculty of Pain Medicine and aiming to complete Fellowship by qualification, training and examination.
