BDO is offering a paid, full-time High School Leavers Program in Australia. You can start a professional accounting career without a university debt, while working toward CA ANZ qualifications. The program covers online CA study costs and provides paid study leave as you progress.

You will be employed full-time, learn from experienced professionals, and build a strong foundation in accounting and business through on-the-job training and mentoring within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High school leavers who have completed high school within the past three years are encouraged to apply.
• Maths at Year 12 level is preferred.
• Australian citizenship, permanent resident or right to work in Australia required.

Responsibilities

• Undertake online CA ANZ study while working full-time.
• Gain practical, on-the-job accounting experience across client work.
• Participate in structured mentoring and training throughout the program.
