Job summary

Coastal Speech Therapy in New South Wales is recruiting a New Graduate or Early Career Speech Pathologist for a paediatric, family-centred role at our Fairy Meadow clinic in Wollongong. You will be supported from day one with weekly supervision, regular PD, and a clear progression path with salary bands.

The role covers a paediatric caseload, including possible adult clients, with assessments, therapy planning and report writing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Speech Pathology from a Speech Pathology Australia accredited program.
• Membership of Speech Pathology Australia, or eligibility.
• NSW Working With Children Check and National Police Check, or willingness to obtain.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain.
• First Aid and CPR, or willingness to obtain,
• Valid driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Caseload focused on paediatric clients, including neurodivergent children.
• Perform assessments and provide individualised therapy.
• Plan and deliver evidence-based therapy with families, schools and other professionals.
• Construct assessment and progress reports and management plans.
• Attend fortnightly team PD and contribute to a positive team culture.
