Job summary

E4 People is recruiting a paediatric Speech Pathologist for the North Lakes clinic, supporting children aged 0–18 and their families within an integrated MDT. The role emphasizes structured supervision, clinical resources, and strong admin support to enable focused clinical work.

You will conduct assessments and interventions, collaborate with Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists and Psychologists, and manage a 5.1 billable hours target per day, with flexible work options and salary

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.
• Current SPA membership or eligibility for SPA membership.
• Willingness to work primarily from the North Lakes clinic.
• Current Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain one.
• Australian working rights appropriate to the position.

Responsibilities

• Assess and intervene in paediatric Speech Pathology
• Support children aged 0–18 and their families
• Collaborate with MDT colleagues (OTs and Psychologists)
• Prepare reports and non-face-to-face clinical work as part of billable hours
• Perform home, school or centre visits when required
• Meet a daily 5.1 billable hours target including various activities
• Participate in fortnightly supervision and case discussions
