Job summary

Healthcarelink Support is seeking a Paediatric Speech Pathologist to join our Bruce-based team. The role supports children aged 3–15, with full training and a Graduate Development Program for new grads. Excellent salary and benefits accompany a flexible, supportive work environment.

The position offers work-from-home opportunities, 2% pay increases every 6 months, and a busy schedule with team meetings and clinical supervision. Applicants must hold SPA registration and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology.
• Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work well in a team environment.
• Driver’s license is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assess and provide intervention for children aged 3–15 years (full training on tools provided).
• Support speech sound development and language milestones.
• Communicate effectively with families, schools, and other stakeholders.
• Provide written assessments and progress reports.
