Job summary

Kickstart Kids Therapy in Randwick, NSW, is seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to join our paediatric team. The full-time role suits both early career and seasoned clinicians, with flexible hours and autonomy.

We offer in-house training, professional development, joint sessions with occupational therapists, and regular multidisciplinary meetings in a supportive, family‑centred clinic. You will work across clinic, school, community, or telehealth settings with private and NDIS clients,

Qualifications

• Recognised degree in Speech Pathology.
• Registration with SPA with CPSP credentials.
• Visa working rights for Australia for at least 12 months.
• Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Check.

Responsibilities

• Working with private and NDIS clients.
• Working in clinic, community, and school environments.
• Option to provide Telehealth services.
• Providing joint therapy sessions with occupational therapists in our sensory gyms.
• Providing assessment and evidence-based therapy across a range of speech pathology areas.
