Job summary

bestchance Child Family Care is seeking Paediatric Speech Pathologists to support children and families across Victoria. Join a not-for-profit team delivering early intervention, speech and language therapy, and NDIS services in clinic, school, kindergarten, home and community settings.

You will collaborate with educators and allied health professionals, ensuring family-centred care and developmental outcomes. SPA registration, GECCKO, and a passion for paediatric practice are essential.

Qualifications

  • Relevant Qualifications and current registration with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience delivering therapy supports across settings.
  • Experience or interest in paediatric therapy.
  • Passionate about early intervention and family-centred practice.
  • Strong communicator who works with families and educators.
  • Comfortable working independently and in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Minimum 3 days of commitment required.
  • Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle.
  • NDIS sector experience desirable.
  • GECCKO Certificate (or willing to obtain) - mandatory.
  • Working with Children Check and NDIS workers screening (or willing to obtain).
