Healthcarelink Support in Melbourne is seeking a Paediatric Speech Pathologist to join our client’s clinic-based and telehealth team. This hybrid role splits time between our modern clinics in West Melbourne, Truganina and Deer Park, with a small telehealth component.

You will deliver high-quality assessment, therapy and intervention for paediatric clients, develop tailored treatment plans, collaborate with families and other professionals, and maintain precise clinical documentation.

• Provide high-quality assessment, therapy, and intervention services to paediatric clients.

• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities.
• Deliver approximately 25 billable hours per week within standard hours 9:00 am–5:00 pm.

About the role:

We are seeking enthusiastic Speech Pathologists to join our client's expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a hybrid role, splitting your time between our modern clinics in Truganina and Deer Park, with a small component of telehealth (approximately 5%). You will have the chance to work with a diverse caseload, primarily focusing on paediatric clients (90%) with a smaller percentage of adult clients (10%).

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals.
• Collaborate effectively with families, caregivers, and other allied health professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Deliver approximately 25 billable hours per week within standard working hours of 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
