Job summary

Recruit Shop Pty Ltd represents a privately owned paediatric speech pathology practice with Deer Park head office and Brunswick clinic, offering telehealth Australia-wide. The role focuses on managing a paediatric caseload with clear clinical and ethical standards.

The successful candidate will have CPSP status (or be eligible), a WWC check and a National Police check, plus strong communication skills and professional development support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' post-qualification paediatric clinical experience.
• Demonstrated competence in assessment, clinical reasoning, goal setting, intervention planning and report writing.
• Strong rapport-building and communication with children, parents and professionals.

Responsibilities

• Independently managing a paediatric caseload from assessment to progress reporting.
• Build trusted relationships with families and referrers and contribute to Brunswick clinic's reputation.
• Make routine clinical and operational decisions and escalate when needed.
