Job summary

Stream Healthcare is recruiting Paediatric Speech Pathologists to join a range of trusted organisations across Sydney metro and surrounding regions in 2026. You will conduct assessments, develop therapy plans, and support clients with speech, language, and feeding needs within a multidisciplinary team.

Role offers choice of caseload, a salary from AUD 75,000 to 120,000 plus super, flexible hybrid/WFH options, and professional development allowances with KPI-based bonuses and ongoing clinical

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Speech Pathology or equivalent.
• SPA membership is required and must be current.
• National Police Check and WWC/NDIS checks are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualised therapy plans.
• Support clients with speech, language, communication and feeding needs.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team.
• Deliver services across community, schools and homes.
