The Paediatric Speech Pathologist is a member of the multidisciplinary paediatric team providing evidence-based assessment, intervention, care coordination and support for infants, children and young people with communication, developmental and feeding needs. The role is split across Melton Community Health Services and the Child and Family Wellbeing Local (CFWL), delivering family-centred care through paediatric clinics, developmental and autism assessments, short-term intervention, care coordination and collaborative service planning with partner agencies to improve outcomes for children and families.
