Job summary

Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District (NBMLHD) is seeking a Paediatric Registered Nurse for Blue Mountains District ANZAC Memorial Hospital. You will provide family-centred, evidence-based nursing care to infants, children and young people, with strong communication to families and a collaborative approach with the multidisciplinary team.

Demonstrated paediatric nursing experience or completion of a new graduate RN program is preferred, along with current AHPRA registration.

Qualifications

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse Division 1 with AHPRA.
• Paediatric nursing experience or completion of a new graduate RN program or equivalent.
• Ability to provide person-centred, family-inclusive and culturally sensitive care.
• Ability to organise and prioritise work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to professional development.
• Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team.
• Flexible roster across days, evenings or nights.

Responsibilities
