Job summary

Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District’s Neonatal Special Care Nursery in Windsor NSW is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver evidence-based, family-centred care to neonates from 34 weeks gestation. You will join a multidisciplinary team within a Level 3 nursery and help coordinate care across shifts.

The role offers permanent full-time or part-time appointments, with flexible rosters and opportunities to develop neonatal nursing expertise in a supportive teaching hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse Division 1 with AHPRA.
• Neonatal special care nursery experience or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and adapt to a flexible roster.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based, family-centred nursing care to neonates.
• Contribute to assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care.
• Collaborate with medical, nursing and allied health teams.
• Support continuity of care across day, evening and night shifts.
