Job summary

Women’s and Children’s Health Network (WCHN) in Adelaide is seeking a Consultant/Senior Consultant for the Transitional Program in Paediatric Renal. The role focuses on high-quality inpatient, outpatient and community paediatric nephrology services and includes education and research within the Renal Unit.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team and help ensure smooth transition of adolescents from paediatric to adult healthcare, with a strong emphasis on patient-centred care and safety.

Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent required.
• Specialist qualifications in Nephrology.
• Current AHPRA registration or eligibility for specialist registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality inpatient, outpatient and community paediatric nephrology services.
• Support education and research within the Renal Unit.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and participate in quality management and credentialing processes.
