Job summary

Koorana Child & Family Services is seeking Occupational Therapists to join our transdisciplinary team in Sydney. You’ll deliver assessment, intervention and capacity-building supports for 0-18 years and collaborate across clinic, home, school, and telehealth settings.

We welcome final-year students, new graduates and experienced therapists. The role offers flexible part-time or full-time arrangements, ongoing supervision, professional development and a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Must have OT qualification or be in final year of study.
• Current unrestricted registration with AHPR A (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency).
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to evidence-informed, strengths-based and neuroaffirming practice.
• Collaborative approach within a transdisciplinary team.
• Commitment to inclusive and culturally responsive practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality occupational therapy assessment, intervention and support services.
• Work within a transdisciplinary team to develop evidence-informed supports.
• Partner with families, educators and other professionals to support participation across environments.
• Maintain contemporary professional knowledge informed by current evidence and best practice.
• Develop and manage a clinical caseload with support from leaders and admin systems.
• Maintain high-quality clinical documentation and professional standards.
• Contribute to school-based clinics, workshops, and other projects aligned with interests.
