Job summary

Koorana Child & Family Services is seeking Occupational Therapists to join our transdisciplinary team serving children and young people aged 0-18 across clinic, home, education settings, community environments and via telehealth.

Qualifications

• You will have a qualification in Occupational Therapy (or be in your final year of study).
• Current unrestricted registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• A commitment to evidence-informed, strengths-based and neuroaffirming practice.
• A collaborative approach and willingness to work within a transdisciplinary team.
• A commitment to inclusive and culturally responsive practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality occupational therapy assessment, intervention and support services.
• Work collaboratively within a transdisciplinary team to develop and implement supports.
• Partner with families, educators and other professionals to support participation and outcomes.
• Contribute to innovative service delivery models and stay updated with current evidence and best practice.
• Develop and manage a clinical caseload with support from experienced clinicians, leaders and administrative systems.
• Maintain high-quality clinical documentation and professional standards.
• Contribute to broader service initiatives, including school-based clinics and workshops.
