Job summary

Omnia Community Health is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (Grade 1 or 2) to join the Children’s and Youth West 1 team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality OT services, supporting graduate and early career therapists, and collaborating within a multidisciplinary setting across multiple sites in Victoria.

You will manage a varied caseload, provide supervision, and contribute to workforce development while aligning with the organisation’s values and service delivery standards.

Qualifications

• Registered Occupational Therapist with experience in clinical practice.
• Experience working in a community health setting is preferred.
• Comfort with supervising students and supporting early career therapists.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality occupational therapy assessment, intervention and care planning.
• Manage a varied caseload within a community health setting.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team and with external stakeholders.
• Support student placements and workforce development initiatives as required.
• Provide clinical supervision and mentoring to graduate and early career therapists.
