Job summary

Child and Adolescent Health Service is seeking a Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) Officer to support the Oncology and Haematology Department at Perth Children’s Hospital. This role coordinates MDT meetings, manages case conferences, and provides essential administrative support across the cancer pathway.

You will organise meetings, prepare agendas, compile case lists, and generate reports to ensure compliant, timely care.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating MDT meetings in a hospital setting.
• Strong administrative and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support MDT case conferences and clinical review meetings, including scheduling and agenda preparation.
• Prepare case lists and supporting documents for meetings; manage correspondence and reports.
• Maintain clinical data such as patient records and ensure accuracy in data entry and validation.
• Support efficient capture of activity across the oncology pathway and liaise with clinicians and admin teams.
• Assist in ensuring timely information delivery to relevant services to optimise funding and reporting.
