Northcott is seeking an Enrolled Nurse for casual roles across Liverpool and Yagoona. You will administer medications, assist with personal care, mobility, and daily living tasks, and work on a 24/7 rotating roster including overnights and public holidays.

You will liaise with GPs and families, follow structured care routines, respond to emergencies, and support people with disability in a not-for-profit setting.

Qualifications

• Registration as an Enrolled Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
• Diploma of Nursing or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical or disability support experience.
• Australian driver's licence and ability to drive a 12‑seater or wheelchair‑accessible van.
• Experience with PEG feeding and safe swallowing practices.
• Epilepsy management and acquired brain injury care.
• Bowel care including enemas and suppositories.

About The Role

Make a meaningful impact as an Enrolled Nurse with opportunities available across Liverpool and Yagoona. We are looking for dedicated professionals to join our team on a casual basis.

• Administering medications as prescribed and maintaining accurate medication records and documentation.
• Assist with personal care, hygiene, and daily living tasks, including domestic duties.
• Assisting customers with mobility and positioning using appropriate manual handling techniques and hoist equipment.
• Follow and implement structured routines to ensure consistency in care delivery.
• Liaise with GPs, RNs, allied health professionals, and families to ensure holistic, coordinated care.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid as required.
• Be available to work on a 24/7 rotating roster, including overnight, weekends, and public holidays.
• Flexible work options: Multiple shifts are available, with the opportunity to discuss and negotiate your preferred location between Liverpool and Yagoona.

Requirements

Note: Pay rate will be determined based on the total number of hours worked as an Enrolled Nurse (EN).
