Job summary

St Vincent's Private Community Hospital Griffith in the Riverina region is seeking a Registered Nurse with PACU and anaesthetic experience to join our private hospital team. The role focuses on safe, high‑quality post‑operative care for patients recovering from surgery.

You will work with surgeons and anaesthetists to ensure optimal patient outcomes, manage pain, monitor recovery, and maintain detailed records.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' acute care nursing experience
• Current AHPRA registration with no restrictions
• Minimum 12 months in anaesthetics and PACU care
• Cardiology or Cardiothoracic experience preferred
• Willingness to work days and nights

Responsibilities

• Provide post-anaesthetic PACU care and monitor patients
• Collaborate with surgeons and anaesthetists
• Maintain accurate patient records and interventions
• Support safe recovery and identify complications early
