Job Title: Manufacturing & Packaging Technician
Location: Bendigo

About the Role
We are currently seeking a dedicated and flexible Manufacturing & Packaging Technician to join our Pack Hall team. This position has become available following a recent team change and offers a unique opportunity to contribute across both Packaging and Manufacturing functions.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting animal health product production, working cross-functionally in a clean, regulated environment. While the primary focus of this role will be within Packaging, there is an expectation of adaptability to support Manufacturing as required.
Key Responsibilities
Packaging Duties:

• 
  Understand and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and production outlines
• 
  Prepare and operate packaging machinery and related equipment
• 
  Perform routine operational cleaning and ensure equipment is fit for purpose
• 
  Wear appropriate gowning and follow cleanroom protocols
• 
  Engage in manual handling tasks and operate with fine motor skills
• 
  Perform SAP transactions related to manufacturing (if required)
• 
  Read and interpret labels and documents with small print
• 
  Collaborate with cross-functional departments as needed
• 
  Maintain excellent housekeeping and compliance with quality standards
• 
  Lift up to 25kg intermittently and stand for up to 2 hours during rotation

Manufacturing Duties:

• 
  Prepare materials and equipment for production processes
• 
  Work in cleanroom environments
• 
  Operate filling and packing machines
• 
  Blend and fill animal vaccines
• 
  Prepare and filter media
• 
  Grow viral or bacterial antigens
• 
  Keep accurate records and documentation
• 
  Contribute positively as part of a high-performing team
