Job summary

FashionUnited seeks a Senior Specialist, DC Operations Pacific to lead across planning, inventory, transport and distribution, ensuring fast and accurate product flow through Nike’s omnichannel distribution network in Australia and New Zealand.

You’ll partner with 3PLs and internal teams to drive on-time performance, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement, shaping the operational rhythm for a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• This role requires 5–10 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management within a retail or distribution setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field; equivalent education accepted.
• Strong knowledge of 3PL operations across Australia and New Zealand.
• Experience with SAP, WMS, and TMS systems.
• Proven stakeholder engagement, performance management, and cost optimisation ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily logistics operations across planning, inventory, transport, and distribution, ensuring smooth inbound and outbound execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams and 3PL providers to achieve accurate, on-time performance and a unified team approach.
• Drive operational excellence through KPI tracking, cost optimisation, and process improvements.
• Guide forecasting, labour planning, and reporting cycles to align resources with demand.
• Address complex operational challenges using data, analysis, and structured problem-solving.
• Represent logistics in cross-functional forums and planning sessions, driving continuous improvement.
