Job summary

Boeing Defence Australia, a wholly owned subsidiary of The Boeing Company, is seeking a Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul Manager to lead the P-8A Poseidon maintenance team at RAAF Base Edinburgh.

You will oversee MRO services, ensure safety and compliance with DASR, ISO and Boeing standards, and collaborate with leadership across Defence. This is a permanent role requiring Australian citizenship and security clearance with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Formal qualifications in Aviation Maintenance, Engineering, Project Management or a Technical Discipline.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to balance priorities and drive results in a high tempo environment.
