A leading construction firm, located in Melbourne, is seeking a P&C Business Partner to support their RTS business. This full-time permanent role involves handling everyday P&C admin tasks, workforce planning, and performance management. The ideal candidate will have experience in P&C/HR roles, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic, project-based business environment.
Due to a recent promotion, we’re looking for a P&C Business Partner to support the RTS business. The role reports to the RTS P&C Manager and is a full-time permanent role, based out of our North Sydney or Melbourne office.
In this role you’ll be the go-to person for day-to-day P&C admin and employee support, while also getting involved in strategic work such as workforce planning, performance management, and supporting leadership capability. It’s a varied role with plenty of scope to build relationships across the business and make a real impact.
This role would suit someone in a P&C or HR Advisor role who\u2019s ready to take the next step and move into a more autonomous Business Partner position. You\u2019ll build strong relationships, and help shape the people experience across a dynamic project-based business.
