Job summary

FedEx Australia on the Gold Coast is seeking ambitious couriers to join our network and maximise earnings potential. You will operate on assigned runs with a fixed daily rate plus pay per stop, and additional pay for handling multiple pieces.

Typical hours are 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with uncapped earnings based on volume. You will benefit from comprehensive training, uniform and PPE, and access to a high-volume customer network as part of a trusted global logistics brand.

Qualifications

• 2–4T white, unbranded Van or Pantech truck (under 7 years old) – lease or own.
• Valid Australian driver’s licence and full work rights
• ABN and PTY LTD (or willingness to register)
• Required insurances: public liability, marine cargo, workers compensation

Responsibilities

• Deliver packages on assigned runs.
• Uncapped earnings with piece-rate model – the more you do, the more you earn.
