Job summary

FedEx Australia is seeking a dedicated Courier in Gladstone (4680) to load, drive and deliver packages safely and on time, on a Monday–Friday schedule. Representing FedEx with outstanding customer service, you will follow safety guidelines and uphold our high delivery standards, using your MR heavy vehicle license and ensuring full compliance with Australian work rights and driving history checks.

Your Role

• Manual handling: Loading and unloading vehicles
• Deliver packages safely and on time to specified locations
• Customer service excellence: Be the face of FedEx
• Follow safety guidelines and ensure all deliveries meet our high standards

What We Need

• Full work rights in Australia
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving history (max. 6 demerits in the last 3 years)
• MR heavy vehicle license required
• Ability to pass a drug & alcohol test, driving assessment, criminal history check, and fitness assessment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Safety-focused with the ability to follow procedures
• Customer-friendly with a positive attitude
• Previous delivery experience highly desirable
