Challenger Services Group is seeking an Overnight Public Area Supervisor to lead overnight cleaning operations at a premier Sydney CBD hotel. You’ll supervise the Public Area team, delegate tasks, and ensure presentation standards are met while supporting a high-performing group.

The role runs 11:00pm–7:00am, across a 7‑day roster, with opportunities for development, paid training and industry-standard rates. Join a recognised leader in professional services.

Qualifikationen

• Previous supervisory, team-leading or leading-hand experience within cleaning, housekeeping, hospitality or facilities services.
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high presentation standards.
• Experience conducting inspections, audits or quality checks.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to motivate, support and develop team members.
• Confident using mobile devices to complete reports and photos.
• Able to work independently during overnight operations.

Aufgaben

• Supervising the overnight Public Area team, providing direction and guidance.
• Allocating and monitoring daily tasks to ensure on-time completion.
• Conducting quality inspections of lobbies, bathrooms, lifts and corridors.
• Ensuring cleaning activities meet scope of works and site requirements.
• Reporting maintenance issues and safety concerns to stakeholders.
• Providing completion reports, photos and shift updates to management.
• Hands-on cleaning duties when required.
• Training and developing team members.
• Maintaining WHS, compliance and quality standards.
