Job summary

Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen in Australia is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a busy team. You will ensure high standards of service, coordinate with front- and back-of-house staff, and drive profitability.

You’ll coach and develop team members, manage inventory and the financial performance of the restaurant, and uphold company procedures to deliver a top-tier guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team within a busy, high volume hospitality environment.
• Exceptional communication skills
• Prior experience with achieving KPIs and driving profitability.

Job Description

As the AssistantRestaurant Manager you will take ownership of the general running of the restaurant, elevate the customer experience from excellent to remarkable, develop the team through coaching and training opportunities and manage inventory and the financial aspect of the restaurant. You will be in control of, and have accountability for overall quality, adherence to procedures and financial performance of the restaurant.
