Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen in Queensland is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, elevate the customer experience and coach the team to perform at their best. You will manage inventory, financial performance and adherence to procedures, drive KPIs, and foster a culture of exceptional service across the restaurant.

Job Description

As the Assistant Restaurant Manager you will take ownership of the general running of the restaurant, elevate the customer experience from excellent to remarkable, develop the team through coaching and training opportunities and manage inventory and the financial aspect of the restaurant. You will be in control of, and have accountability for overall quality, adherence to procedures and financial performance of the restaurant.
