Grant Thornton Australia in Sydney is seeking a driven Associate to join our growing Outsourced CFO team. You will work with a diverse portfolio of clients, delivering advisory services and helping grow their businesses.

This role offers flexible and hybrid working, strong client relationships, and the chance to develop technical skills in cashflow, budgeting, and forecasting while collaborating with Directors and Partners.

Qualifications

• Pursuing CA qualification or planning to commence.
• Significant advisory experience in a chartered accounting setting.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in Xero and MS Excel.

Responsabilités

• Partner with SME clients delivering outsourced CFO services including cashflow management, budgeting and forecasting.
• Prepare management reports with KPIs and variance analysis.
• Coordinate SPFS and GPFS to meet accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with corporate tax compliance matters including company tax, BAS, payroll tax and FBT.
• Contribute to mergers, restructurings, and funding initiatives.
• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
