Job summary

BDO Western Australia is seeking a Manager to join our Outsourced Accounting team. You will oversee outsourced finance functions for a diverse client base and lead delivery of accuracy, timeliness and compliant reporting.

You will engage with clients, manage budgets and project work, mentor junior staff, and drive process improvements using cloud-based tools such as Xero, Dext, and Fathom. A relevant tertiary qualification and proven experience in managed accounting services are required; strong

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in accounting/finance relevant to outsourced finance.
• Experience delivering outsourced finance functions to multiple clients.
• Strong communication and client liaison skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outsourced finance function services for clients.
• Assist with finance transformation projects and system changes.
• Support budgeting and forecasting and attend performance reviews.
• Serve as the primary client contact on engagements.
• Lead and mentor junior team members; manage risk and budgets.
