Job summary

Camp Australia is seeking passionate Educators in Ocean Grove, VIC, to support children before school, after school, and during holidays. You will create a safe, engaging program for primary-aged children, prepare healthy snacks, and build strong relationships with families and the local school community.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in childcare or equivalent (studying acceptable)
• Valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid National Police Check or equivalent (if required)
• Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificates (or willingness to obtain)
• Availability 6:30 am–9:00 am and 2:30 pm–6:30 pm, Monday to Friday

As an educator with us, you'll be at the heart of all the fun and excitement, whether it's before school, after school, or during school holidays, you'll be the one helping children grow, learn and make lasting memories.

In this role, you’ll maintain an engaging, safe, and compliant program. Take part in daily activities for primary-aged children. Prepare and serve delicious, healthy snacks, and build meaningful relationships with children, families, and the local school community.

ABOUT YOU

• Enthusiastic, engaging approach to childcare with strong relationship-building skills.
• You have completed, are studying, or are willing to study a childcare-related Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid National Child Safety Training (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid Child Protection Early Childhood Learning Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates (or willingness to obtain).
• Availability between 6:30 am-9:00 am & 2:30 pm - 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
