  • Previous experience in the disability support and childcare sector.
  • Valid First Aid Certificate including CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training.
  • Employee Working with Children’s Check valid in Victoria.

About Your New Role

In this rewarding role, you’ll provide both individualized and group-based support for children and young people with complex disability needs in a specialist school setting. With a high staff to student ratio, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference every day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver individualized support while always ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all participants.
  • Contribute to engaging programs using industry-leading planning tools.
  • Assist the Program Manager with preparation, set up/pack up, and food preparation.
  • Supervise, nurture, and inspire children to explore, learn, and play.
  • Build positive, caring relationships with children, families, and staff.
