Job summary

Extend After School Care is seeking a Regional OSHC Manager to oversee multiple services across Adelaide with a flexible hybrid schedule. You will lead safety, compliance, and program quality while collaborating with school partners and Head Office to deliver exceptional OSHC programs.

The role offers two weeks training, mentoring opportunities, and travel across the region. A Diploma or higher in Child Care or related field is essential, along with a WWC check and First Aid certification.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing people (ideally in Education or Childcare).
• Ability to communicate with children, educators and school leadership, building trust quickly.
• ACECQA approved qualifications such as a Diploma or higher in Child Care, Education, youth work or Community Services.
• Valid Driver’s License and access to own car (car allowance provided).
• Working with Children Check and First Aid HLTAID012, and Child Protection Training required.

Responsibilities

• Four days a week visiting services to manage safety, compliance, and quality outcomes.
• Empower OSHC teams to lead with confidence and enrich children’s experiences.
• Guide services through Assessment & Rating with backing from our compliance unit TEG Compass.
• Act as the vital bridge for your region, aligning school principals and families with Head Office needs.
• Use a can-do attitude to tackle challenges with a supportive network behind you.
• Showcase region growth, celebrate team wins, and identify opportunities to elevate service standards.
• Drive high performance across sites by conducting regular educator appraisals.

• Location: Adelaide, South Australia (Hybrid / Mobile).
• Package: Base: Base: $77,000 – $85,000 (depending on experience), plus 12% superannuation. Plus, a generous travel allowance to keep you moving across your region.

What You Bring to the Mix
