North West Hospital and Health Service is seeking an Outreach Coordination Team Supervisor to lead the administrative services underpinning outreach healthcare across remote North Western Queensland.

You will manage day‑to‑day operations, support a high‑performing team, and drive service improvement to deliver efficient, accessible and coordinated care for patients.

Qualifications

• Licence requirements: C Class Motor Vehicle Licence.
• Pre-employment checks including Criminal History verification.
• Vaccination or immunity evidence may be required for Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis and Tuberculosis.

About the roleAs the Outreach Coordination Team Supervisor, you will lead the administrative services that underpin outreach healthcare delivery across North West Hospital and Health Service.Working closely with clinicians, managers and administration staff, you'll oversee day-to-day operations, support a high-performing team, and help ensure patients experience efficient, accessible and coordinated care.This role combines people leadership, operational oversight and service improvement, making a meaningful contribution to healthcare outcomes across regional and rural communities.Working with usTax savings through salary sacrificing options are also available.In your downtime, we offer 4 weeks p.a. recreational leave with a 17.5% loading/bonus.Professionally, our HHS values professionalism, leadership capability, excellence and resilience in our staff.
