Job summary

Sydney Local Health District is seeking an Administrative Officer Level 3 to support outpatient services at Concord Repatriation General Hospital. The role involves front-line and back-office admin, patient scheduling and service coordination, with a focus on customer service and professional communication.

Shifts span 07:00–17:00 and require flexibility across multiple time slots. Permanent FT (38h/wk) and temporary FT (38h/wk) openings are available, with NSW Health vaccination and eligibility

Qualifications

• Experience providing a high level of customer service to internal and external customers.
• Strong communication skills across written, verbal and face-to-face interactions.
• Ability to organise tasks by priorities and deadlines and multi-task effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support and customer service in outpatient services, front-line and back-office.
• Support various outpatient services across the facility.
• Contribute to Patient and Family Centred Care and efficient clinic operations.
