UniSC is hiring an Outlets Operations Officer to lead day-to-day operations of on-campus catering outlets across UniSC Sunshine Coast. You will supervise staff, coordinate budgets, ensure food safety and drive improvements to service quality and profitability.

As part of this dynamic and customer-focused team, the Outlets Operations Officer will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of UniSC’s on-campus food services. You’ll be joining a forward-thinking unit committed to excellence in service, innovation in delivery, and a seamless campus experience.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of UniSC-owned catering outlets, working closely with the Venues and Catering Manager to deliver outstanding service across multiple sites. Your expertise will ensure efficient operations, a safe and positive working environment, and customer-focused offerings aligned with evolving food and beverage trends.
You are a proactive and experienced hospitality professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. With a strong background in food outlet management, you understand what it takes to lead teams, oversee multiple venues, and ensure the smooth, profitable operation of hospitality services. Collaborative and solutions-focused, you bring operational insight, creativity, and a commitment to excellence in every aspect of your work.
