Vannguard Utility Partners, Inc. is seeking Underground Utility Locators for outside field work across multiple locations. The role involves locating underground cables and utilities using maps and specialized tools, while ensuring safety and accuracy in outdoor environments.

You will work with company vehicles, receive training, and be part of a team that values safety, reliability, and attention to detail. The position offers an hourly wage and benefits with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to work overtime when duties cannot be performed within a normal schedule.
• Able to self-manage and communicate with supervisors and clients.
• Basic computer skills for locating and mapping utilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle from home to job sites as needed.
• Locate underground utilities using mapping tools and equipment.
• Mark locations with paint/flags and communicate to excavation personnel.
• Respond to after-hours emergency calls per rotation schedule.
