Job summary

Otraco is seeking an experienced Relief Tyre Fitter/Technician to service mining operations across multiple sites. You will perform planned and reactive tyre changes on mobile mining equipment, perform inspections, and ensure tyre pressures and wheel components meet site specifications.

The role requires 2+ years of earthmover tyre fitting, a valid HR licence, and a forklift licence, with a strong safety focus and ability to work autonomously across sites in Western Australia.

Qualifications

Preferably a minimum of 2 years of Earthmover tyre fitting experience on mine sites.
A valid HR Drivers Licence.
A current WorkSafe forklift licence (LF).
Possess a high level of initiative and the ability to work well under pressure.
Safety is paramount with a high attention to detail to abide by site safety procedures.

Responsibilities

Undertaking planned and reactive tyre changes on a range of mobile mining equipment.
Performing routine inspections and assessing wheel components, entering data into our tyre management system.
Maintaining pressures and quality in accordance to site specifications, upholding service to clients.
