Job summary

OTR in Victoria is seeking a Console Operator to deliver outstanding customer experiences, keep the store welcoming, clean and stocked, and support fast‑paced service across shifts.

You will work solo or with a team, stand for extended periods and may perform light to moderate lifting, with flexible hours including late nights and weekends. Barista coffee offerings are central to our product range and training is provided.

About The Role

As a Console Operator, you will be focused on providing great customer experiences and will ensure the store is always clean, stocked and welcoming for our Guests. This is a fast-paced job where being able to multi-task and manage your time is essential. At OTR, we pride ourselves on our multiple food offerings and the best barista coffee you’ll ever taste.

About You & Your Skills

• You are focused on providing outstanding customer service
• You are comfortable working alone as well as within a team
• You’ll be on your feet for long periods of time and may require moderate to heavy lifting and reaching.
• You have the availability to work flexible hours (including late nights, early mornings and weekends)
• Be willing to learn and promote our wide range of products and specials
