Job summary

Glencore's Collinsville Open Cut in North Queensland seeks an experienced Operational Technology Systems Engineer to monitor and maintain onsite OT networks and coordinate with external vendors for reliable operations.

You will troubleshoot fleet-management, automation, and communications; lead automation and IT networks; and focus on safe, efficient mine-site outputs while supporting continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Relevant trade or engineering qualification.
• Experience in mining OT, fleet management, dispatch, automation or industrial-control systems.
• Knowledge of IT networking, SCADA, PLCs and OT cybersecurity is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support and troubleshoot fleet-management and dispatch applications, field hardware, and supporting networks.
• Lead, maintain, and develop automation equipment and communications systems across the operation (industrial networks, wireless, servers, OT cybersecurity, change management).
• Maintain system reliability and supervise personnel to drive continuous improvement for safe, efficient mine-site outputs.
