Allied Therapeutic Services in Mackay, QLD seeks a flexible Occupational Therapist to work with paediatric, adult, or hybrid caseloads across clinic, home, school and telehealth settings.

You’ll join a multidisciplinary team and enjoy a 9 day fortnight, structured supervision and development, and a strong focus on client-centred outcomes.

This role offers a supportive private practice environment with diverse funding streams including NDIS, Medicare and aged care.

Qualifikationen

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy from a recognised university.
• Current AHPRA general registration as an Occupational Therapist.
• Blue Card (Working with Children) or willingness to obtain.
• Yellow Card (Disability Worker Screening) or willingness to obtain.
• Driver’s licence and own vehicle.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently within a collaborative team.
• Passion for working with children, adults or both.
• Commercially aware approach in private practice.

Aufgaben

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for paediatric and adult clients.
• Develop individualised therapy plans with families and support networks.
• Deliver evidence-based OT interventions across clinic, home, school, community and telehealth.
• Write clear, timely reports within company timeframes.
• Collaborate with parents, carers, educators and health professionals to achieve outcomes.
• Contribute to development of specialist resources and information programs for families.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation in line with standards.
