Job summary

Mediix Recruitment Pty Ltd. is sourcing an Occupational Therapist for a Sydney-based role joining a supportive multidisciplinary team. You will manage a genuinely mixed paediatric and adult NDIS caseload, delivering OT interventions across home, clinic, and telehealth settings.

The role requires an AHPRA-registered OT with the ability to work independently and travel to client homes, while contributing to a collaborative therapy team and accurate, compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Registered Occupational Therapist with AHPRA registration.
• Comfortable working with both paediatric and adult caseloads.
• Willingness to travel to client homes as part of caseload.

Responsibilities

• Assess and deliver OT interventions across a mixed paediatric and adult NDIS caseload.
• Travel to client homes and deliver sessions in clinic, home, or telehealth as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure joined-up care and accurate documentation.
• Maintain clear, timely clinical records compliant with NDIS requirements.
