Job summary

Bubup Wilam Aboriginal Child and Family Centre in Thomastown, Victoria, is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to support Aboriginal children's wellbeing through preventative health care in-house within an integrated early years setting.

You will collaborate with families, Early Years educators and the Community Health Team, while holding a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy, AHPRA registration and Working with Children Check, and benefiting from Christmas leave and salary packaging

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Occupational Therapy is required.
• Working with Children Check is required.
• AHPRA registration is required.
• Driver’s licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide preventative health care in-house for Aboriginal children in an early years education setting.
• Collaborate with families, Early Years educators and the Community Health Team.
• Support wellbeing and health initiatives within the Aboriginal community and promote self-determination.
